Product Introductions
HDPE drainage and irrigation pipes use HDPE resin as the main material, produced by extrusion, sizing, cooling, cutting and many other processing technologies. The pipe is tested and could be complied with relevant standard, and are widely used in urban and rural water supply projects etc.
Characteristics
(1)The PE pipes and fittings are hygienic and nontoxic, no scale formation, no algae and other organisms when using, no secondary pollution.
(2)The working temperature of PE pipe is no more than 40℃, and used for general pressure water and drinking water transport.
(3)PE pipes have beautiful color, smooth outer and inner wall, without concavo-convex things, small flow resistance performances and the water conveyance capacity is 0.6-0.7 times of same diameter iron pipes.
(4)PE pipes have the characteristics of light weight, high strength, impact resistance and corrosion resistance, easy for carrying and jointing, thus greatly reduced the labor intensity of construction and installation.
(5)Due to the properties of light weight, easy for jointing and certain toughness, the PE pipes are convenient for installation. The more complex piping systems, PE pipe would show more advantages compared with the other material pipes. The pipe working term can reach more than 50 years, and it has good water tightness performance.
Technical Requirements
• The pipe should not contain any visible impurities.
• Pipe cutting end should be flat and vertical to the axial.
• The pipes are opaque for ground and under ground water supply systems.
• The internal and external surface of the pipe should be smooth, flat, without any crack, sag, decomposing line and other surface defects that affect the pipes’ quality.
